I’ve been eating Israeli seeds for a long time now and these are probably the best I’ve found. I haven’t received a stale batch yet. Perfectly roasted. Salty but not too salty that it makes your mouth raw. I do wish that they would offer free shipping for ordering some minimum amount because I like to order quite a few at a time and the more you order, the more you pay for shipping. It gets expensive!
