Shipping policy
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Austinuts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned due to:
- an incorrect address,
- failed delivery attempts,
- refusal of delivery, or
- unclaimed packages,
a $30 reshipping fee will apply before the order can be resent.
Warm Weather & Chocolate Products
Due to the Texas heat, we generally do not recommend shipping chocolate products during warmer months.
If a customer specifically requests shipment of chocolate items during hot weather, Austinuts is not responsible for melting or heat-related damage once the package leaves our facility. By requesting shipment of chocolate products during high-temperature conditions, the customer accepts the risk of potential melting.
PAKMAIL
Local Pickup - PAKMAIL orders - if PAKMAIL is not an option and you would like to get it off of Anderson lane, select UPS and in the comment section say PAKMAIL.
If PAKMAIL is listed to you as an option, type PAKMAIL in the discount section.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. While we will do our best to assist with tracking or delivery concerns, Austinuts cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- your order number,
- photos of the packaging, and
- photos of the affected product(s).
All concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
