SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly and carefully as possible. Shipping and delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
austiNuts is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are accurate at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or an unclaimed package, a $30 reshipping fee will apply before the order can be resent.
Chocolate & Heat-Sensitive Products
Due to high temperatures during Texas warmer months, we generally do not recommend shipping chocolate or other heat-sensitive products.
If a customer requests shipment of chocolate products during warm weather conditions, the customer accepts full responsibility for potential melting or heat-related damage that may occur during transit. austiNuts is not responsible for melted products once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not guaranteed.
All refund or replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may request photos, order details, or additional information to evaluate concerns related to damaged, incorrect, or defective products.
Taste preferences or personal dislikes do not automatically qualify for refunds or replacements.

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, and sesame.
