At Austinuts, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Because our items are food products, we cannot guarantee returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If there is an issue with your order, including damaged items, incorrect products, or concerns about product quality, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue when applicable. We will review the situation and work toward a fair resolution whenever possible.
Please note:
- We do not guarantee refunds or replacements for food products.
- Taste preferences or personal dislikes do not automatically qualify for a refund.
- Requests submitted long after delivery may not be eligible for review.
- Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our direct control, but we will still do our best to assist when possible.
