austiNuts is an online-only store. While we no longer have a traditional retail storefront, we do offer local pickup options in the Austin area and ship orders nationwide.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST are often processed the same business day.
During busy seasons, especially the winter holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Orders are processed Monday through Thursday. We do not process orders on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team by phone at 512-323-6887 as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
How is shipping calculated, and when will my order arrive?
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order size, and selected shipping method. Delivery timelines are provided by the carrier.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST on weekdays typically ship within three business days, provided items are in stock. Larger orders may require multiple boxes, which can affect shipping costs.
Please note: delivery estimates are provided by the carrier, and actual delivery times are outside of austiNuts’ control. We cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates, including December 25th.
What happens if my package is returned?
If a package is returned for any reason, a $16.00 return fee (charged by the carrier) plus a new shipping charge will be required to resend the order.
How does local pickup work?
Local pickup is available at PakMail (2900 W Anderson Lane, Suite C-200, Austin, TX 78757).
Pickup orders are hand-delivered and fulfilled on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, typically the following day after delivery.
Can I request rush processing or expedited pickup?
Yes. If you need rush processing or expedited pickup, please contact us by phone or email before placing your order so we can confirm availability.
